Interim Dean, School of Behavioral & Applied Sciences
Azusa Pacific University

Founding Chair, Department of Criminal Justice 
Azusa Pacific University

Associate Professor, Department of Sociology 
Biola University 

Led a school comprised of 9 departments. Approximately 100 faculty and 20 staff persons.  Managed an $18 million dollar budget. 

Developed a criminal justice department and major for both traditional and post traditional undergraduate students on main campus and three satellite campuses. 

Taught research methods and other sociology courses, designed and served as program director for criminology concentration within the sociology major.
